Chef Chemla Karim

I am a professional pastry chef, and a home cook who loves to share my passion for food in general. I started baking at the ripe age of 10 years old, and had a dream to make it my job. Things changed along the way and I ended up becoming a translator, but all these years I was working on refining my skills in baking as much as in cooking. In 2018 I decided to take the leap, and launch myself in the world of pastry. After 4 years of experience in kitchen work, recipe development and production, I now want to share this love of food more closely. I love to teach, and especially I would love to teach people that the art of pastry, as intimidating as it sounds, is totally accessible to anyone.
