Bringing over ten years of experience catering, baking and cooking for events, birthday parties and to private dinners as well as cooking with fire (primordial style of cooking).
Learning from ancient primitive cooking techniques, like fermentation, I take advantage of our new technologies and discoveries, to create something unique as a full sensorial experience.
