Cooking is my utmost passion and I love to find the perfect dish made of harmonious flavors, thus providing the ultimate tasting experience.
I am currently a chef de cuisine with 12 years of experience mostly, but not exclusively, in mediterranean cuisine. I graduated as a culinary art technician from the Iek Xinis Professional School in Thessaloniki, Greece with an extra National Certificate of Further Education in Herbs and Condiments and a Certification in Butchery. I am also H.A.C.C.P certified.
Throughout my career I have worked in famous pattieseries in Greece (Plaisir Brasserie), big-chain restaurants (TGI Fridays, Thessaloniki), 5-star hotels (Ikos Olivia Resort Provence), leading hotels chain as a Chef de Partie (Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort)- all of these is Greece. Later on, I have temporarily moved to Albania where I reorganized an already existing restaurant and had the pleasure to cook for the president of Albania.
Three years ago I moved to Germany for a Sous Chef position which has, since then, transitioned into Chef de Cuisine position. I have cooked for the mayor of Bochum, NRW for the 'Dinner for 10' event organized by Stadt Bochum and I am continuously creating menus for certain events like wine seminars and catering and organizing everything that involves the kitchen.
