I'm a passionate macrobiotic plant-based chef with a dedication to creating nourishing, balanced meals that promote overall well-being. With a deep understanding of the principles of macrobiotic cooking, I combine seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients to craft dishes that are as delicious as they are healthful. Drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese cuisine and holistic nutrition, I'm focusing on whole grains, fresh vegetables, fermented products and natural flavors, ensuring each plate is a celebration of vitality and taste.
I have more than 8 years experience in macrobiotic, 2 years of intensive cooking and learning at a macrobiotic community in Belgium. Before that I got introduction to macrobiotics at Kushi Institute's summer conference in Netherlands in 2014. Since then I have been practicing what I learned while living in Finland and Berlin.
Through my culinary creations I aim to inspire others to embrace a mindful and harmonious approach to eating.
