Almaz really and truly is a wonderful person and a brilliant Chef. Perhaps one of those who deserves to be called chef at all! He is professional, dedicated and passionate about what he does. I didn't need to explain too long what is required and felt that I was easily understood as well. Whatever we tasted made by him was simply a perfection. I am ever so happy that I met him!
