Has over 16 years catering experience in a variety of high level establishments which 8 of those I acquired between London as well as in Barcelona,
as a co-owner and investor of an Asian/Catalán creative fusion cuisine restaurant. Proven ability to plan a variaty of menus, from, fine dinning, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, Asian cuisine, paring menus, tastings, etc... To all budgets.
