Freedom, passion and love it is the key for cook and take care of the best ingredients and pruducts.
I love food since I was very young, having a Japanese friend as a kid I had the fortune to taste oriental flavors back then.
Later in life I move to Europe where I was able to travel and work with very good chefs that pushed my self to discover the gift of being able to cook for others.
I have worked as a head chef for several years in a nice Sushi Bar in Valencia Spain, also getting to know Thai food from its source traveling Thailand twice for courses and workshops.
At Agave Mexican Restaurant in the Czech Republic, and lately I spent 3.5 years at the Seychelles as a Private Chef for one of the owners of the Four Seasons Resort, currently I am work as a private chef for a UHNWI at his private luxury yacht in the Bahamas 6 months of the year, the rest of the year I spend it in Czech with family doing small private gigs.
I love to create new things for new clients I enjoy the challenge of getting the best products, with the local farmers and fishermen.
