I am a head chef who operates in both the Czech Republic and Germany. Apart from my work in restaurants, I also offer private chef services for individuals and groups, including catering. In my profession, I place significant emphasis on the authenticity of ingredients, their freshness, and a deep respect for the raw materials. However, my foremost priority is delivering the highest level of professionalism to provide my selected clients with an unforgettable culinary experience.
My culinary repertoire encompasses classic recipes from Czech traditional cuisine, which boasts a diversity comparable to that of French cuisine. Additionally, my experience in Tuscany has acquainted me with traditional Italian cooking. Furthermore, I have a strong focus on Asian cuisine.
I incorporate modern cooking techniques, utilize locally-sourced ingredients, and select ingredients from nature that align with the changing seasons in all my culinary endeavors.
