My name is Ondrej, I work as Headchef in big buzzing place in Prague, also run my own cooking classes, usually in English, where I teach people the beauty of Czech cuisine. I've been gathering experiences in many amazing places, some of theme awarded by Michelin guide. I love to cook pretty much everything from my local cuisine, Mexican street food to high end fine dining.
