I am an indian cuisine specialist with modern twist. I love to make indian cuisine with European twist. I have been cooking almost 20 years now.
I am a professional chef with 20 years experience in the culinary World. I studied at school of hospitality in Mumbai in 2000. I have been working with a big chain group of hotels. Like orchid hotel Mumbai. Grad Hyatt. Le meridian. In Mauritius.then I joined chef vineet Bhatia in 2008 an Michelin star restaurant in Geneva. At mandarin oriental hotel. And now I am here in Prague with Zatisi group as an creative chef since 2011.
