I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience. I love being in contact with people and doing show cooking, especially cooking paellas, because I was born in Valencia. I did my gastronomic studies at the "Illes Calvià" school in Mallorca. Due to my good results, I was selected to do an Easmus in Italy (Asti) for a few months and I learned a lot about Italian cuisine. I have worked in England for 2 years, in some international restaurants. On the island of Mallorca I have worked for 6 years in the best restaurants in the city. Specialized in VIP clients. And in the last 2 years I have worked in an English catering located in Mallorca. Carrying out weddings in luxury Villas, private parties, sporting events, etc. We were also offering a food service for the crew of the most prestigious yachts in Mallorca.
