Private Chef In PragueI was born in Milan in 1992, I grew up dreaming of becoming a doctor but ended up
spending more time in the kitchen than with my family.
When I started cooking 13 years ago in London I was a young chef at his first kitchen
experience just trying to earn some money
Moving back to Italy I understood that that was my dream job and started to get passionate
about Italian food tradition and culture
Back to Milano I had occasion to work for different chefs and restaurant from street food to
Michelin to japanese izakaya
When I got to Prague in 2016 I felt in love with the Asian restaurant scene especially the
vietnamese one, from that moment I worked almost only in Asian kitchens (Sansho, Taro,
Dian)
Right now I’m running the kitchen of Sansho as executive chef, I got back here last year
after opening Dian restaurant (during covid time) and setting up a kitchen with a team of 12
chefs
