I was born in Milan in 1992, I grew up dreaming of becoming a doctor but ended up

spending more time in the kitchen than with my family.

When I started cooking 13 years ago in London I was a young chef at his first kitchen

experience just trying to earn some money

Moving back to Italy I understood that that was my dream job and started to get passionate

about Italian food tradition and culture

Back to Milano I had occasion to work for different chefs and restaurant from street food to

Michelin to japanese izakaya

When I got to Prague in 2016 I felt in love with the Asian restaurant scene especially the

vietnamese one, from that moment I worked almost only in Asian kitchens (Sansho, Taro,

Dian)

Right now I’m running the kitchen of Sansho as executive chef, I got back here last year

after opening Dian restaurant (during covid time) and setting up a kitchen with a team of 12

chefs

The food was professionally prepared and cooked in our kitchen, the whole process was clean and without extra noice, allowing the company to enjoy a great evening without the hustle of cooking ourselves. I was impressed by that each of the four courses was excellently cooked, all the flavours where there and it was cooked better than exepected which was nice. Highly recommend the concept, and this chef in particular. Thanks for a great experience.
