I was born in Modena, the world capital of handmade pasta, and grew up surrounded by my grandmothers, aunts, and mother—exceptional home cooks who passed down their craft to me.
My passion for authentic Italian cuisine led me to refine my skills in France, Chile, and England, eventually working in Michelin-starred restaurants. Seeking a more personal connection to food, I shifted to cooking in chalets on the Alps and aboard luxury yachts, where I had access to the world’s finest ingredients.
I then spent a decade as a private chef for a prestigious family in Los Angeles, cooking for celebrities, politicians, and entrepreneurs.
Now based in Nosara, Costa Rica, I bring the warmth of traditional Italian home cooking to private dining experiences, aiming to recreate the nostalgia of family meals. My true competitors aren’t other chefs—they’re the grandmothers of my clients.
