After working for a very successful locally-sourced-based restaurant named MAREAS, in 2007 Chef Roy started providing private chef services in the North -West coast line of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Chef Roy is often asked to provide services by his previous clients, who trust him and want to organize private events, parties and family special dinners with him; no one else would provide a better service!
Chef Roy still provides an amazing culinary experience for his guests, using always the freshest and most authentic locally sourced ingredients from the heart of Costa Rica.
