I' been working as a professional chef for more than 10 years, and my experience in the kitchen is more than 20 years, my expertise is based on the quality and respect for the ingredients, good service and delicacies of an exotic tropical gastronomic sample, based on the Mediterranean. Asiatic and Caribbean traditional food.
