I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience. My work ethic and can do attitude has propelled me through some of the best culinary programs in the world, such as Frasca Food and Wine (Michelin 1 star) in Boulder, CO, and Lautrec at Nemacolin (Forbes 5 star) in Pennsylvania. I now spend my time traveling the world sharing my passion for gastronomy with as many people as possible. My expertise is in Mediterannean cuisine, but I also have experience in all types of global cuisine.
