I’m a Professional Chef, I went to Le Cordón Bleu In Peru were I got my Pastry Degree as well as Restaurant Management and studio es Culinary Arts here in Costa Rica.
I was the Head Chef at Hotel Sugar Beach in Potrero and then came back to the city and opened an Italian restaurant with our Italian business partner.
