Passionate about cooking plant based with a focus on local ingredients for my clients to feel their best and do good for the environment!
I have been cooking for the past 5 years now, around the world, learning dishes and international cooking methods from various teachers and cultures. I have been the private chef at a small hotel in the Canary Islands for the past 2 months and will be based in Costa Rica for the winter. I am very familiar with the Costa Rican cuisine and the area as I’ve grown up living there for 3 months of the year for the past 16 years. I love to cook plant based, be creative, and get to know my clients through food and good conversation. I am also a yoga and fitness instructor so many of my dishes are centered around fueling people to feel their best for all activities and glow from the inside out, without sacrificing good tasting food. I take pride in the entire vibe that I curate for meals and intimate gatherings, not just the food itself! I would love to help nourish you while you’re enjoying a lovely vacation!
