So friendly and a great chef went above and beyond had to book him again for another day during my visit in Costa Rica

This was truly a magical experience. Chef Lindell was absolutely amazing. Booked a dinner for two and his team was made up of three. Our villa was a bit difficult to find but he made it. The food was not only mind-blowingly good and well seasoned, we also didn’t have to wait for long in-between courses. I highly recommend the pasta dish with chicken. I have never had more succulent chicken in my life. Would definitely use his services again????.

Wow! What an amazing chef and team! We cannot say enough good things! The food was perfect for our family of 5 including the kids. Very health, fresh and a beautiful help to our family as we wanted to rest on vacation! His team took care of us beyond our expectation! And the food was amazing!!!

Amazing!! This was our first time hiring a private chef and chef Lindell and his assistants were all amazing. I was hesitant to hiring because it is expensive but it was worth it. He was very nice, professional, and any concerns I had he made sure to resolve them immediately! Plus we had a pretty strict gluten free diet. Muchas gracias!!

Chef Lindell from booking to cooking was an amazing chef! I'd never used this program before, but Chef Lindell's menu suggestions contained variety and were robust for our group of 12 people. We were celebrating a 50th birthday, and Chef Lindell was flexible in suggesting adding side dishes and extra protein to help make a more complete and special meal. The highlights of the meal was the beef tenderloin (so tender, perfectly cooked that we didn't even need steak knives to cut it) and the tres leches cake sponge was moist and the icing a great complement to the cake flavour. Chef even created a beautiful birthday cake with my husband's name on the decorative straw to help round out a beautifully presented evening. Everyone in attendance was incredibly full and thoroughly impressed. Thank you, Chef Lindell and your lovely staff helpers, who were all professional and attentive. - Emily

Lindell and his team were awesome. We had breakfast curated, created and served for 7 day stay at a Villa in Tamarindo. They thoughtfully and lovingly prepared local dishes in tandem with gluten free options and American favorites to keep everyone nourished before our days of adventuring. We had his team come twice during the week to make dinner and both times the dishes were amazing! Great job Lindell! Thank you!

The chef was amazing. The food was so delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The chef and his team were very professional and the experience felt high end.

Chef Lindell, his menu, his friendliness, his passion for what he does, his creativity and his remarkable resourcefulness (we couldn't believe the meal he was able to put together in an unfamiliar kitchen) absolutely blew our minds. The dinner experience he put together was the highlight of our entire trip to Costa Rica and we would highly, highly recommend him if you are considering adding a very special culinary experience to your own trip. Honestly, we have a lot of experience with fine dining and what Chef Lindell is able to do, his ability to improvise and make use of what is available in whatever kitchen he lands in, is truly remarkable. He made us a meal worthy of a Michelin star (truly, the nicest piece of fish I have ever had) in our vacation rental. ???? He is a gem of a person as is his lovely partner and if we are back in this area ever, the first thing I'll be doing is reaching out to Chef Lindell.

Chef Lindell prepared a wonderful appetizer and main course for my Husbands birthday dinner. The app was a seared tuna with Asian flavoring and crispy rice noodles. The main was grilled Corvina atop some type of veges and a mango type salsa. Both were great! For dessert he brought a cake that he bought. His wife and her son were great sous chefs, even setting the table. We have a really nice kitchen in our rental that was perfect for a special meal. It was pretty well stocked and Chef brought what he needed for his dishes. We will probably do this again thru Take A Chef.

Great food and accommodated many different dietary preferences/restrictions. Food was fantastic. They cleaned up the entire area and used high-quality ingredients.

Chef Lindell is an amazing cook ! The food and presentation were fabulous; so colourful and the ingredients were very fresh. We chose the ‘catch of the day’ and it was Mahi Mahi which is my favourite. Best I’ve ever had !!!! And they cleaned everything & made the kitchen sparkle afterwards.

Spectacular experience and meal! This was so memorable and truly above and beyond. Not only did they prep and cook an unbelievable meal for us, they also served us and cleaned, we didn’t have to lift a finger! As new parents on vacation with a newborn, this was the most perfect night for us to relax and enjoy such an amazing meal in the comfort of our own home. Plus, arrived with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day. So thoughtful. Highly recommend!
