Hi, I'm Lauren! I am the chef from NYC/ Denver, CO and have recently started to split my time between Denver and Santa Teresa (Costa Rica). In Denver, I am the owner of agoodegg | private chef & catering as well as Culinary Director/ Part Owner of The Green Collective Eatery(ies) in Denver, CO. I have my Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health, and I have an extensive background in cooking many different types of cuisines and specialize in accommodating dietary restrictions/preferences such as; gluten free, vegan, dairy free, paleo & keto, nut free. I love to cook for intimate private events as well as produce and execute full service catered events. Additionally, I love helping folks with general meal prep, leading cooking classes, nutritional consults, cooking for retreats, and consulting in other culinary endeavors.

Both of my parents are chefs and without knowing it, my passion for food has been growing since I was just a little egg.

Lauren is an exceptional chef. Her menu was inspired, curated and delicious. Our guests were blown away and described our meal as the dinner of a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Chef Lauren was outstanding!! All our guests couldn't stop raving about the five course meal she put together. Truly, every single dish seemed outshine the one before. She was very easy to work with, friendly and dependable. Can't recommend her enough!! We will be booking again with our new friend, Chef Lauren!

Lauren was incredibly punctual, flexible, communicative, and professional. During the entire process she was easy to get a hold of and was completely understanding when we shifted the time of dinner. She was thoughtful in her preparations and went out of her way to appropriately mingle with the party. The food was excellent. Would recommend.
