Hi, I'm Lauren! I am the chef from NYC/ Denver, CO and have recently started to split my time between Denver and Santa Teresa (Costa Rica). In Denver, I am the owner of agoodegg | private chef & catering as well as Culinary Director/ Part Owner of The Green Collective Eatery(ies) in Denver, CO. I have my Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health, and I have an extensive background in cooking many different types of cuisines and specialize in accommodating dietary restrictions/preferences such as; gluten free, vegan, dairy free, paleo & keto, nut free. I love to cook for intimate private events as well as produce and execute full service catered events. Additionally, I love helping folks with general meal prep, leading cooking classes, nutritional consults, cooking for retreats, and consulting in other culinary endeavors.
