I have devoted more than twelve years to honing my craft in renowned internationally-branded hotels, ascending from the position of a cook to the prestige of an Executive Chef. This journey has afforded me invaluable experience in international cuisine, where each dish becomes a canvas to express my creativity and dedication.

In my current role as a Private Chef, I venture into exclusive settings, serving a distinguished clientele seeking exceptional culinary experiences. Additionally, my role as an instructor at a culinary institute provides me with the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with future generations of chefs.

My culinary heart beats with a special fervor for gourmet Costa Rican cuisine, where local flavors are elevated to new heights of sophistication. But I also hold a deep love for Peruvian cuisine, a connection rooted in my own heritage, as I am half Peruvian.
