I’m an adventurer at heart with over 20 years of experience as a chef in the stunning Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. My journey in the culinary world has been an incredible one, full of vibrant flavors and unique ingredients from this beautiful area. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best local ingredients and perfecting my traditional and innovative cooking skills.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me traveling, exploring new places, and discovering new foods to inspire my cooking. I’m passionate about meeting people from all walks of life and exchanging stories over a delicious meal. Cooking is my life, but I’m always excited to try new flavors and cooking techniques worldwide.
I’m also a huge dog lover—whether traveling or at home, I find joy in the companionship of furry friends. ????✨ I believe that food, travel, and the love of dogs bring people together, and I’m always ready for new adventures and connections.
