Jose and Stephanie were absolutely incredible. They made the trip everything we wanted it to be by taking great care of us the entire week. Jose worked with us to customize the menu, had just the right amount of suggestions and took all of our input and preferences. They made the experience fun, giving us the story behind their favorite dishes and explained everything they were doing, we learned some local traditions and even tried a couple of dishes we weren’t familiar with. It was so much fun to have them as a part of our vacation, they worked really hard to make it a special occasion for us and everything was delicious. We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know who travels to the region and if we’re ever back we will definitely see them again!

Chef Jose Cabalceta Mendez is a great chef. He made out entire trip. I hired Chef for a bday dinner for my wife. Seafood inspired. He went above and beyond. It was literally the best food we have eaten in years. Every dish from app to starter to main to dessert, kept surprising us. I was nervous the entire time. I was in a foreign country and thought this would be a risky thing to try for my wife bday. I've never been so pleased with a service. It was so easy, and so stress free. Best of all my wife thinks I'm some amazing husband, but really Chef Jose did everything from the menu to the recommendations to the wine pairing. 5 stars all day.
