Hello, let me introduce myself, my name is Jose Alejandro and I'm a young chef aged 22 who has worked in various kitchens in Costa Rica and one in Spain. I am passionate about Costa Rican cuisine and have some knowledge of traditional cuisines from around the world. Currently, I am studying an online course in designing healthy menus, which not only encompasses the fascinating world of health but also caters to individuals with various dietary restrictions.
