Chef Henry Pérez

I am a Costa Rican chef, native to the mountainous regions. I am also a father and husband. Gastronomy is my great passion, as through it I have forged new connections. Cooking, for me, is a way to express love and affection, as well as to honor the ancestral intercultural cooking traditions of tribes. The sensation of sitting by the fire, so primal, and enjoying the hunt with trusted companions. I relish in nourishing myself with quality products and interpreting each dish to reflect Costa Rican idiosyncrasies. My goal is to offer high-quality, gourmet cuisine with my own creations. I aim to create an experience that transcends the humblest of ingredients.
