Filo Experience is a company dedicated to providing the highest level of GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES in the comfort of your home or lodging.
Through local producers, fishermen, farmers and the great variety of seasonal products that we have in Costa Rica, our chef develops fully customized menus that you can only taste with us according to the season.
You will be able to taste Costa Rican and international cuisine from the perspective of local products, mixing techniques and knowledge that will undoubtedly make your evening a unique experience.
In addition, you can choose to pair each meal with our spectacular wine menu.
AUTHOR/ CHEF
The owner David Moya, is a Costa Rican chef, with more than 10 years of experience in his native country in restaurants and hotels. He also has experience cooking in Argentina and Brazil.
He is currently in charge of creating new experiences and seasonal menus for Filo Experience, providing private chef services in luxury residences, yachts and developing Pop Up dinners with guest chefs.
In addition to being a professional chef, David has a degree as a Food and Beverage Administrator, Sustainable Tourism Manager and very soon he will be a professional Sommelier, so all this experience will be reflected in our services through sustainability and respect for good products.
