I have over seven years of experience working in a kitchen environment.
I would say that I have strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to work under stress fast paced kitchen environments while still maintaining high professional standards as gained through experience working at Le Fantôme, Toqué!, Restaurant Beau Mont, The Ritz-Carlton and Fogo Island Inn. Moreover, I love bringing people together using food and try and focus on fresh, local and seasonal products. In addition to my full-time job I have love catering weddings, special events and even private dinner parties on my days off.
