I have been working in gastronomy for 20 years, I handle various gastronomy techniques, both national and international, such as: Latin American, soul, South American, grills, bbq, Mediterranean, garden-to-table system, zero kilometer gastronomy, organic, vegan, gluten free, Raw, Caribbean, Southeast Asia, in short, a large melting pot of foods, which I mix with my own style, generating unique dishes for demanding palates.
