His attention to detail is beyond incredible—he is an amazing communicator in both English and Spanish, worked with me to create the perfect menu, had extremely reasonable and transparent pricing, and brings so much culinary knowledge and precision to the table. As someone who loves food and exploring new flavors, I was blown away by Chef Alejandro’s flavor profiles—he delivered combinations I have never experienced. His mastery of texture and presentation was also perfect.
