Tuvimos una cena de celebración por el 40 cumpleaños de mi hermana. El chef William creó un delicioso menú para 10 personas. Todos los platos tenían un sabor maravilloso, de hecho, estábamos tan llenos que apenas teníamos espacio para el postre. No sólo nos alimentó bien, sino que limpió y dejó la cocina como estaba cuando llegó. ¡5 estrellas en todos los sentidos!

Chef Williams René d oro Pereira was excellent. His menu was incredibly delicious from the appetizers to the dessert. He was super professional, kind, and willing to accommodate. You will not be disappointed with his dish. He also presented the plates very nicely!

We had a large family dinner (27 guests) and had an amazing time. We all enjoyed the food and there was even some leftover. Highly recommend if you are coming to Cartagena and want to splurge on an at home chef one evening!

Chef William was an amazing. We had dinner for ten guys on a bachelor party and we were very impressed. Every single item was delicious including the vegetables. When you can get 20 year old guys to fight over vegetables you know you’re a great cook. The steaks were also amazing and whatever sauce he made to go with it was perfection. Would def hit him up again.

Chef William prepared a wonderful “Essences of Latin America” four course meal for my friend’s bachelorette party and it was a hit with all the girls. We had six total plates of delicious food and each one was a favorite for one of us. My favorites were the tostones relleno de carne and the beef loin with chimichurri sauce. If you need a chef, I highly recommend Chef William!

Chef provided one of the most phenomenal dining experiences of our lives. He prepared 3 meals for us, which included 2 dinners and lunch. We enjoyed a barbecue style surf & turf, Italian, and Mediterranean surf & turf. The seafood included lobster, octopus, calamari, & shrimp. Our group believed it to be the best seafood we’d ever tasted… it was all fresh catch, purchased & hand selected same day in the marketplace. Cooked to perfection. The steak was top tier, tender, and rich with flavor while the chicken skewers added a nice traditional Mediterranean touch. The Italian experience delivered us the finest pastas, carbonara, caprese, & salmon. Again - extremely fresh and felt as though we were dining in the finest restaurant Florence has to offer. In addition to the delicacy the food provided, the presentation was stunning and something you’d find in a Michelin star restaurant. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, Chef did an outstanding job and we all give him the highest praise. We recommend him to anyone that wants an unforgettable dining experience.
