Hello, I’m Jhonatan, though most people call me Tatan or Jhon. With 5 years of experience as a chef, I’ve honed my skills in both international and traditional Caribbean cuisine. I also enjoy teaching cooking classes, sharing my passion and knowledge with others.

While I don’t have formal culinary training, I’ve traveled extensively to strengthen my skills and gain diverse culinary experiences. For the past two years, I’ve owned and operated my own restaurant, and I’ve managed various restaurants and beach clubs, gaining a wealth of knowledge in the culinary and hospitality industries.

My cooking philosophy is simple: we can create magic with everyday ingredients found at home. I believe the kitchen should never be boring and always filled with creativity and joy.
