I am a gastronomic expert, cook and business manager who is deeply passionate about creating innovate flavors and high quality dishes. In addition to my love for cooking, I also have experience in restaurant management and administration, wich guarantees succes in all areas. I offer a exceptional customer service, from personalized attention to the quality of the dishes served. My goal is to continue to grow in my career as a chef and gastronomic entrepreneur, while maintaining a commitment to excellence and innovation in the kitchen.
