i graduated from high school at 17 years old, despite i have been working in the horeca sector since i was 15, first at a neighborhood bakery on weekends or some restaurants of grilled food, after school i got a job as kitchen assistant in ardiko catering, i spent two years working there preparing all the daily meals for reteined lawbrakers, i left this labor to iniciate my studies as a chef and gastronomy professional, looking for opportunities where i can develop knonwledge and improve my skills, also to be free at cooking, creating all kind of dishes and new mixed flavors, where the central point is the creativity and innovation
