I have dedicated over 20 years to the restaurant industry, building a career that spans high-end dining, hospitality, and private cheffing. I studied Restaurant and Hospitality at the Kyiv University of Trade & Economics, laying the foundation for my expertise in the culinary world.
As the CEO of the prestigious Carte Blanche restaurant chain, I led a team committed to excellence in fine dining. I also successfully owned and managed my own restaurant, where I honed my skills in both business operations and culinary artistry.
During the pandemic, I transitioned into the role of a full-time personal chef, rediscovering my passion for creating intimate, personalized dining experiences. This shift allowed me to focus on crafting bespoke menus, curating high-end private dining experiences, and catering to clients with refined tastes and specific dietary needs.
With a deep understanding of both the business and creative aspects of the culinary world, I now bring my expertise to private clients seeking luxury dining experiences in the comfort of their homes.
