Five years ago, I came to the realization that I needed something different to bring fulfillment into my life. I made the bold decision to leave everything behind and embark on a new chapter in New Zealand. This incredible place completely shifted my perspective on the world. It was there that I found my soulmate, and together, we chose to unite as one in pursuit of our shared dreams.
I am a devoted cook driven by a conscious way of cooking. In my kitchen, I use local, seasonal ingredients, crafting solely vegan and vegetarian dishes. While not a professional, my culinary journey is a passionate exploration of diverse cooking techniques, all in service of creating meals that align with my deep-seated commitment to sustainability and ethical living.
