I get inspired by my favorite restaurants around the world and love to bring this experience to my clients and their guests.
My name is Tobias, I am 48 years and live in Zurich. Cooking and hosting is my passion. I love to eat, and discover new restaurants, so during the past 20 years I travelled the world as a sales director in different assignments and learned to enjoy good food, all over the world but especially in Europe, the Mid-East and Asia.
I learned to cook at Lausanne Hotel Management school (EHL) and since then am passionate about indulging food.
When I discover a new restaurant, I speak to the chef and the owner and try to get the recipes of the signature dishes; and then copy them at home.
Feel free to ask me anything in terms of food – I am very flexible and open for special requests, food types or dining styles – (almost) anything is possible.
I give cooking classes, tailormade to your needs - healthy food, indulging food, french, levante, italian, asian or swiss.
