I am a chef with 15 years experience in kitchens around the world. From London where I was born and received my first taste of gastronomy to Berlin where I learned the tools of my trade, through Thailand, New Zealand and now Switzerland, I have travelled extensively and garnered first hand expertise in a wide range of cuisines. I love to discover new ways to pass on these skills and my passion for food through giving cooking courses, catering for groups, big or small, or simply by experimenting with new ingredients and techniques at home with my family.

Tom a rendu la fête d’anniversaire de mon mari mémorable ! Il est très attentif et son organisation est exceptionnelle. Non seulement il a parfaitement su cerner les plats préférés de mon mari avec beaucoup de créativité et savoir-faire mais en plus les 4 plats étaient succulents. Les invités et moi-même étions ravis et mon mari a eu une fête qui a dépassé toutes les attentes. Je recommande Thomas Mansfield chaudement!

Der Küchenchef Tomas Mansfield verzauberte unseren Hochzeitstag mit Baby zu einem weiteren wunderbaren Erlebnis und diesmal zuhause. Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation, das gemeinsame Bearbeiten des Menüs und zu guter letzt das bekocht werden aus unserer Küche habe ich und meine Frsu sehr genossen
