Private Chef In LuzernHola! I'm a Spanish chef with more than 12 years experience in high-end gastronomy. My family had a restaurant so I grew up between broths and pans. At 16 I started chasing flavours at the cooking school in my hometown and during the weekends I'd train at the restaurant. Once I graduated, a great journey started; I cooked at various Michelin awarded restaurants in Spain, In 2012 I moved to London in the search of new flavours and cooking cultures and I worked at great restaurants and met truly inspiring chefs.
Then in 2014, I landed in Davos and I worked the winter and summer seasons at the Studio Grigio fine dining at Intercontinental Hotel, wherein after great effort I would become the Head chef of the venue in 2016.
There I was able to connect my Spanish roots, the alpine culture, the highest techniques and the exotic flavours that I was bringing from my trips during the off-season. It all wrapped up in form of a 7 to 10 courses tasting menu that would change every 10 days. A very creative loop! In this hotel I will also be part of the World Economic Forum events and dinners.
After a few years, I moved on to work on a freelance basis doing consulting, private dining and workshops. I'm based in beautiful Luzern.
