I am a 36 year old chef, who loves good and healthy cooking without forgetting refinement and good taste. I have gained my 20 years of experience working as a private chef, doing catering, weddings, and working in top level restaurants in London, Sydney, Menorca, Italy and Switzerland. Now I'm based in Flims.
