I am a professional chef and have worked all over the world. Notably as a private yacht chef to Microsoft’s Paul Allen and in Moscow running multiple successful restaurants such as Bar Strelka and Denis Simachev. My family lived in Asia for 20 years which greatly influences my food. I am now settled in Zurich as a full time private chef.
