I am an Italian lover of good food and good wine. I even have a small family wine production and worked as a sommelier during my university studies.
Cooking is not my job, but it is the passion I have developed over the years and now I would like to challenge myself trying to do my best to make people happy.
I always try to cook healthy without covering the true taste of the products and I prefer to cook seasonal vegetables. I also have a Company with my business partner, Nerea, and we have a food truck called Buono. We can come directly to your home if you need a big catering, specially suggested if you are looking for an 'Aperitivo Style'!
