I am a young Chef with passion and love for food, in order to create dishes and give to the people an emotional moment
I am 25 years old chef, I graduated at hotel and catering school, after that I started work in Prague in a restaurant, then I moved in Amsterdam.
After these two experience I decided to come back in Italy where I worked for two years in two different restaurant but when I got the opportunity to work in Switzerland I accepted it to get new skills and improve mine. I want to learn every day and talk to the clients with my dishes
