Hello!
My name is Marina, I am a curious Spanish chef who loves to travel around the world and discover a different way to understand life: through gastronomy.
When I was 17 did my studies in Biology, quickly I realice about my strong interest about medicinal plants, natural remedies and how we can introduce this amazing benefits in our diet. After that period, I started my kitchen studies. Suddenly all my body was working in the same direction and I had the feeling I was in the right way: became a Chef. I loved competition because it helps you to improve yourself and, after several tries I had the chance participate in "Premio Promesas de la alta cocina" from Cordón Bleu and I won the first prize. That was my oportunity to worked and studied in Cordon Bleu and soak myself with the best ingredients, recipes and work with the best professionals...
And a few years later my feet burned and I decided (indeeed my feet decided) that I was ready for the world. And the rest is story…
- I worked in Les Sources des Alpes***** a luxury Relais Chateaux in Swtizerland where I learnt french and german dishes, enjoying the most pure air I´ve ever tried in my life.
- Hong Kong, tasting every single local dish I could find.
- Thailand, Laos, Vietnam... an amazing experience to get involved in such exotic culture to me!
- I joined 7Pines*****cooking fussion dishes between Korea and Spain.
- And Singapur in Tapas Club, a Spanish restaurant where you can feel at home.
-IBIZA, more than 5 years as a private chef.
- Currently I am a teacher chef, who works in the University of Gastronomie in Madrid.
"Let´s the food be your medicine" is always in my mind when I cook.
What I would like to propose you is healthy and energetics dishes, conect with the food and let the food heal us.
Educate with kitchen workshops through original recipes and amazing flavors who combine the gastronomies of the world... and a bit of me, because I put myself in every action I do.
Integrate sport and good habits in our life and make it flows.
