Food is all about passion. I can prepare and also enjoy myself both gourmet level cuisine and street food of any kind, as long as passion is involved.
I am a professional chef with 19 years of experience. I have worked in gourmet restaurants, beer gardens, the highest skiing hut in the world and other places. I like marathon running and hiking. Sometimes I collect Ingredients for my dishes in the wild.
I was born and raised in Baden, the sunny southwest of Germany. There is a high quality and variety of fresh grown local products and a strong culinary tradition, which combines many influences. The markets of France are not far. Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte and Flammkuchen are only some of the world famous dishes from there.
During the week, my parents never had much time for cooking. But there was always lavish big dinner on Saturday, a thing to look forward to, which brought the whole family together.
It is my ambition to recreate this feeling for you, in your home. To not only cook you a meal, but provide you an experience of togetherness.
