I got into cooking by chance, but from the moment I walked into a kitchen I knew that it was what I wanted to do. It's hard to define my cooking because I love trying new things and experimenting. My main intention is to stick to principles of healthy cooking and treating each product with the respect it deserves. Having the experience of working in Michelin-star kitchens, I still train myself day by day and try new dishes and tastes based on all kinds of inspiration. You can count on me, if you would like to have a culinary and unique experience.

Jose was amazing from beginning to end, great communication, adapted the menu for different tastes, and ultimately delivered a fantastic evening - the food was incredible. I'd also like to thank him for being so patient whilst we put our young children to bed between courses, we couldn't have asked for a more accommodating chef! Both my wife and her parents loved the surprise experience. Jose is very highly recommended and we will certainly call on him again:-)

It was a pleasure to work with José Martin. He was professional, punctual and adapted his menu to our requirements. His food was great. All the people present enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend him.

José was very attentive since the very beginning. Always answered fast, gave us new options according to our wishes and took care of our suggestions. He was well prepared when he arrived home, the food was veeery delicious and nicely served. We were all super happy with the food. At the end he left the kitchen very well organized and clean. Would recommend him any time! Gracias José!!!

Vom ersten Kontakt auf der Plattform bis zum Zeitpunkt, als José nach fantastischem Essen unsere Wohnung verliess, war wirklich alles wunderbar. José reagiert schnell und geht bei der Menüzusammenstellung auf die Wünsche ein. Macht aber auch immer wieder eigene Vorschläge, was passt und was er anders machen würde. Wir hatten eine gesellige Gesellschaft und José war sehr offen, hat uns erklärt was er macht und nahm auch Rücksicht auf die anwesenden Kinder. Sprich erst als diese Hunger hatten, bereitete er ihr Spezialmenu zu. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität. Dies betrifft einerseits die Zutaten, welche José auswählte (bspw. grosse Bio Crevette und italienische Pasta aus dem Globus), anderseits die professionelle Zubereitung bis zur Präsentation der Speisen. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass er zusätzlich ein Amuse Bouche offeriert hat. Alles in allem also ein wunderbares Essen. Bei einer Wiederholung würden wir José vorbehaltlos wieder wählen.
