Haya is a chef with 13 years of experience at top restaurants in the United States, Jordan, and Egypt. She holds a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from Kendall College in Chicago, IL, USA and has worked in an array of food and beverage establishments; from Michelin star restaurants to modest ecolodges and everything in between. Haya has always found hosting and creating culinary memories for people to be a deeply gratifying experience. Over the past 3 years alongside her work as a menu developer for an award-winning restaurant group; Romero in Amman-Jordan, Haya co-founded a monthly supper club that focuses on using seasonal and local ingredients integrating the concept of sustainable food design.
