Raised in northern Italy, where he discovered the love of cooking from his grandmother. Moved to London in 2014 he worked alongside Michelin starred chefs. Creative, passionate of sustainable cuisine, constantly looking to improve his cooking discovering new techniques and flavours around the globe.

A creative cuisine inspired by nature, Gabriele only serving the finest seasonal and best local ingredients. He respect Mother Nature. It’s his chef tribute to the farmers and their products. He celebrate the ingredient and every part of it. Through creativity he maximize it, transforming most of the leftovers in byproducts. It’s a daily commitment for a no waste establishment.
