Driven by an unwavering passion for culinary distinction, I ventured to Barcelona, dedicating six transformative years to some of the city's most revered establishments, including Bodega 1900 by Albert & Ferran Adria, Espai Kru by Ever Cubilla, Tunateca by Balfegó, and Restaurante Hëtta. My love for cooking, planted in the warmth of family kitchens with my mother and grandmother, has blossomed into a lifelong pursuit of gastronomic innovation and excellence.
