I'm a dedicated and accomplished professional chef with an 15+ journey through the culinary arts. My career took root in my lovely city, León, (Spain)
From there, I expanded my culinary repertoire in the esteemed kitchens of San Sebastián and Logroño. Driven by an unwavering passion for culinary distinction, I ventured to Barcelona, dedicating six transformative years to some of the city's most revered establishments, including Bodega 1900 by Albert & Ferran Adria, Espai Kru by Ever Cubilla, Tunateca by Balfegó, and Restaurante Hëtta. My love for cooking, planted in the warmth of family kitchens with my mother and grandmother, has blossomed into a lifelong pursuit of gastronomic innovation and excellence.
