Chef Mike was prompt with his menu proposal and easy to communicate with. We hosted a dinner for twelve. The food presentation and flavors were outstanding! He and his sous chef worked quietly and were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend Chef Mike if you want to wow your guests! Our menu follows: Canape -Tomato & Olive, Whipped Ricotta, Basil Infused Olive Oil; Salad - -Cambozala, Artisan Crisp, Autumn Greens, Toasted Pinenuts, Truffle Honey Vinaigrette; Torched Seared Tuna Crudo, Lemon, Caper; Rigatoni, San Marzano Tomato & Pulled Chicken, Aged Parmesan; 48 Hour Slow Cooked Beef Short Rib, Red Wine Reduction, Potato Fondant, Charred Broccolini, Glazed Pear Onion, Roasted Squash Puree; Classic Cremer Brulee.
