With more than 15 years of experience, I am faithful to my Mexican roots, proud to exalt this cuisine recognized as a cultural heritage of humanity.
I have been working in gastronomy for 15 years. I have training in Mexican and international cuisine. I have a diploma in International Cuisine from the Culinary Institute of the Southeast in Mexico. I have worked in restaurants in Mexico and Canada, most of them specializing in Mexican food. In each of these restaurants I have successfully excelled due to my qualities as a chef.
